  1. Vouchers are subject to the prevailing terms and conditions of use.
  2. Vouchers valid for a period of seven (7) days after they are issued. Vouchers not valid after 16 April 2017 regardless of when they were issued.
  3. Vouchers are not valid with any other offer.
  4. Only one (1) voucher may be redeemed per transaction.
  5. Vouchers must be scanned in-store to redeem.
  6. Prize winners will be responsible for any incidental costs associated with redeeming the vouchers.

  8. Vouchers are valid all for redemption at all Boost Juice Bars Singapore except Changi Airport Terminal 2.

WHO CAN ENTER

  1. Entry is open to residents of Singapore (“eligible entrants”).
  2. Employees of Boost Juice Bars and its related entities or other agencies and businesses associated with this competition (and any spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of those employees) are not be eligible to enter this competition.

HOW TO ENTER

  1. To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
  2. Multiple entries permitted. Only one chance to “blend your fruit” to win a prize each day.

HOW WINNERS ARE DETERMINED

  1. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.
  2. Winners will be notified instantly when they “blend” their fruit to win a prize while playing the Game App.

Boost Juice Bars will not be liable (including without limitation, in negligence) for any loss or claim, action, demand, liability, cost, expense or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential loss) incurred, suffered or sustained by any person or entity (without limitation) in connection with, or arising from, the competition or the acceptance of the prize, except that which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extend allowable by law).

Boost Juice Bars is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized for the purpose of this competition or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries for this competition.
